Ordering

Ordering online is a breeze! Just follow these straightforward steps:

  • Start by registering as a user by clicking here. Alternatively, you can shop as a guest without the need to sign up. If you create an account, you automatically join our No Limit Club, allowing you to earn points that you can put towards future orders. Browse for the item you desire and add it to your shopping cart. If you need to specify a particular flavour or size, simply use the dropdown menu located above the order button to make your selection. You can then opt to either "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed To Checkout."
  • Once you've finished adding items to your shopping cart, take a moment to enter any available promo codes (located on the right side of your shopping cart). Afterward, click the "Checkout" button to move on to the next step.
  • You'll be prompted to provide your shipping and billing details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. You can proceed as a guest or create a login name and password for a personalized account. Creating an account will not only streamline the ordering process but also keep a record of your order history and save your billing and shipping information for future orders.
  • In the adjacent column, select your preferred shipment and payment methods. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay and Direct Deposit. Below the payment details, you'll have another opportunity to enter a discount code/gift card code if applicable.
  • In the last column, you can review your order and include any special shipping notes if desired.
  • When you're ready to complete your purchase, click the "Submit Order" button. You'll then be directed to a confirmation page, and within 1-2 minutes, you'll receive an email containing your order receipt and summary.

As soon as your order is submitted, we'll process and ship it with the utmost speed. Rest assured that 99.9% of orders are shipped within 24 hours or less!

For Direct Deposit orders, follow these steps:

  • Proceed through the online store checkout process as usual. When prompted to choose a payment method, select "Direct Deposit."
  • Continue to finalize your order. Once your order is confirmed, please proceed to deposit the required funds into our designated bank account.
  • When making the deposit, be sure to use your ORDER # as the reference. This reference is crucial for ensuring a seamless matching of your payment with the correct order. Failure to include the order number may result in payment processing delays.
After you've submitted your online order, you will quickly receive an initial confirmation email that includes the details of your order. Once your payment has been successfully processed, and we've sent out your package, you will receive an email with your order tracking number. Typically, you can anticipate the arrival of your package within 1-3 business days from that moment.

The majority of customers typically receive their bodybuilding supplements within 1-3 business days, provided that:

  • You place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday (AEDT).
  • You opt for a payment method with immediate clearance, such as PayPal, Credit Card, or AfterPay.
  • Your parcel's cubic weight is under 5kg. (Please be aware that some bulky items may require additional time for delivery.)
  • Your delivery address is not located in a remote area.

Please note that parcels destined for PO Boxes or Australian Defence Addresses (via Australia Post) and bulky parcels headed to WA/NT may experience longer delivery times than standard shipments.

If your order exceeds 5kg or is considered bulky, it will be transported by road. You can utilize your order tracking number to estimate delivery times for road freight to your address.

Orders paid for via Bank Transfers or other methods that do not clear immediately may result in a delay in the shipping of your order.

For the quickest delivery of your bodybuilding supplements, we recommend using Credit Card, PayPal, or AfterPay as your payment method during the online checkout process.

We offer Same Day Dispatch for orders placed on weekdays before 2pm AEDT, excluding public holidays and sale periods. Once we have shipped your order, you can expect to receive your tracking details later in the afternoon. We recommend checking your spam folder, as there's a possibility the email may have been routed there.
Shortly after placing your order, we send out email confirmations.

Shipping

Yes, we provide express shipping for $16 that you will be responsible for covering.
At this time, we do not have a click & collect service available since we exclusively operate online. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter for exciting updates on potential future store openings!
For orders below $120 in total, shipping to any Australian destination incurs a standard postage fee of $10.

However, if your order exceeds $120, you can take advantage of complimentary FREE standard delivery.

If you prefer express shipping, we do offer that option at a rate of $16.
Some bulky items over $120 aren't free.

Additionally, if you provide custom delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., "please leave parcel at the door"), please be aware that you assume all responsibility for any loss or damage to your order. No Limit Nutrition will not be held liable for any potential losses that may occur due to custom delivery instructions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to receive the delivery. If you anticipate not being at home during business hours, we suggest using your work address as the delivery location. Our couriers do not mandate a signature for parcel drop-off. Prior to placing an order, we strongly advise reviewing our terms and conditions.
We will dispatch your order using either StarTrack or Australia Post, selecting the courier that ensures the fastest delivery to you. Currently, we do not have the capability to offer shipping services beyond the borders of Australia.
We provide Same Day Dispatch for orders placed before 2 pm AEDT on weekdays (excluding public holidays and sale periods). Please note that all our online orders are shipped from our warehouse on the Central Coast of NSW, so delivery times may differ. The majority of our customers typically receive their orders within 1-3 Business Days.

Returns

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products, and we strive to make the return process as swift and hassle-free as possible.

Our standard return and refund policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was originally received. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

For returns initiated due to a change of mind, you are responsible for covering the postage costs, and we can only accept the return if the product remains unopened and unused. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the initial shipping cost and/or the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Items purchased at sale or clearance prices
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Preferences such as not liking the flavour or desiring a different consistency
  • Purchasing the incorrect product or flavour

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your return. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Reduced to Clear Sale items (if applicable):
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be refunded.

Discounts & Promotions

Periodically, No Limit Nutrition offers special promotions utilizing discount codes. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied per purchase.

To utilize a discount code, simply enter it either on the shopping cart page or during the checkout process on the checkout page.
